These little “sandwiches” could not be easier to make. Use any graham crackers of your choice, put some cool whip in the middle and that’s it. You will want to wrap them individually in plastic wrap and then put them all in a zip lock freezer bag so they don’t get freezer burned. The cool thing is you can make as many or as few as you want. They taste just like an ice cream sandwich for a snack or dessert the whole family can enjoy!
