The 1st step is all about understanding WHY. Our team will create a detailed vision of exactly what you want out of your health & wellness training. In essence, your first coaching session will involve a deep understanding of why it’s so important for you to lose weight and feel better about your body and yourself as a whole.
The 2nd step revolves around the HOW. Our health and wellness coaches will break down your vision into small, but crucial steps through the use of bi-weekly goal setting. We will also prepare you for potential challenges ahead of time so that you will have all of the resources you need in order to be truly successful with your weight loss program.
The 3rd step is centered on the 4 Pillars of Health, which are typically referred to as Nutrition, Movement, Sleep, and Stress Management. Our team of habit transformation specialists will take you through each of the pillars in order for you to feel both confident and in control of all areas of your overall health.
The 4th step will help you develop sustainable habits that you can utilize for the rest of your life. The bottom line is that you will leave the program with a newfound knowledge of exactly how habits are formed so that you can understand how positive good habits are and how negative unhealthy habits tend to be. You will also receive all of the tools that you need in order to create positive lifestyle changes for the present and the future.
The 5th or last step in our Habit Transformation and Health Coaching program will provide you with a long-term maintenance plan. Knowing how to lose weight is one thing, keep the weight off for good is another thing altogether. We will create a custom maintenance plan so that you never need to fear going back up and down in weight again. Your days of yo-yo dieting can be over for good.
