Hi, I’m Coach Jess. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified Personal Trainer here to help chronic dieters finally find peace with food and fitness and dress with confidence both inside and out.

I discovered my passion for health and fitness in college while studying for my undergrad in Psychology at UConn. I loved hitting the gym with my college roommate and became fascinated by what I was learning in my nutrition classes. At the time, I was too afraid to leave behind my life-long dream of becoming a therapist, so I continued to pursue that path by getting my Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. However, my passion for fitness and nutrition never left my mind. After working in several counseling roles while studying to become a Certified Personal Trainer, I eventually decided to take a leap of faith and switch professions. The transition was relatively easy because our mind and body are so connected. I used my background in therapy every single day to empower my clients to break free from the cycle of chronic dieting and embrace a new approach to their health that prioritizes sustainable habits and lifelong well-being.

As a daughter, sister, wife and Mom, I understand the daily challenges families face when it comes to healthy living. Life is hard. Raising a family is hard. Change is hard. Balance is achievable!
